What shipping options do you offer?

We have 2 shipping options, we ship with Royal Mail, Tracked 24 (1-2 days) and Tracked 48 (3-5 days). Tracked 48 costs £3.39 or is FREE when you spend £50 or more, Tracked 24 is £4.25 or FREE when you spend £100 or more.

 

What is your refund policy?

Unfortunately we do not currently accept returns or exchanges so we do not offer refunds.

Because of this rule we try to provide as much information as possible about our products which includes lots of photos up close and at different angles, weight of the item and the material/s (you'll find these in the description of each product). Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately currently we only ship within the UK, we plan to ship internationally in the future.
